Now is the time for peace. We have offered Armenia peace, we have offered a peace treaty based on five principles, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a joint press conference with Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz in Berlin.
“I hope Armenia doesn’t miss this opportunity and that the period of peace and cooperation finally begins in the South Caucasus,” the head of state said.
