Moldovan media outlets, including “Noi”, “Point” and other news portals have published articles highlighting the importance of the 9th Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council Ministerial Meeting and 1st Green Energy Advisory Council Ministerial Meeting held in Baku.
The articles drew the readers` attention to the importance of these projects and Azerbaijan`s contribution to Europe`s energy security.
The articles mentioned that the Southern Gas Corridor, including the submarine cable for transporting electricity produced from renewable energy resources in Azerbaijan, and the projects supported by the European Commission will make a significant contribution to ensuring the energy security of the European Union countries.
“Thanks to the implementation of this project, Moldova and Ukraine will be able to receive electricity from Azerbaijan through Romania,” the articles emphasized.
