President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Mirza Gadim Iravani, a prominent artist and founder of Azerbaijani easel painting.
According to the order, the Ministry of Culture will develop and implement a plan of events to honor Mirza Gadim Iravani’s legacy. The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with addressing matters related to the order.
