Lachin City Day, once again solemnly celebrated with the organization of the Ministry of Culture and the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin district, has wrapped up.
A grand gala concert has been held on the banks of the Hakari River on this occasion.
The concert was attended by state officials, notable cultural figures, Lachin residents and other guests.
