“Dynamics of the negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia is quite high,” Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov said at a trilateral meeting with Russian and Armenian foreign ministers Sergey Lavrov and Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow.
The Azerbaijani FM noted that the results of the negotiations fail a bit to keep pace with the negotiation process itself.
“However, it would be wrong to say that there are no positive results,” he added.
Jeyhun Bayramov stressed that during the meeting in Moscow, the parties will, first of all, discuss the provisions of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
