President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Arkady Dvorkovich will arrive in Azerbaijan to attend the opening ceremony of the international chess festival “Baku Open 2023”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
During his visit, Arkady Dvorkovich will also hold a number of meetings.
