Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports hosted a meeting with representatives of the European Tug of War Federation (ETWF).
Elnur Mammadov, Head of the Sports Department at the Ministry, briefed the guests on the achievements of national sports in Azerbaijan.
ETWF President Ralf Bräuninger, in turn, spoke about the meetings held during the visit and the seminar organized for athletes, coaches, and referees at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex.
The meeting also focused on the development of tug-of-war in Azerbaijan and prospects for future cooperation.
