On June 16, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, paid an official visit to the Republic of Belarus at the invitation of Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, Minister of Defense of Belarus.
Colonel General Hasanov was welcomed at Minsk National Airport by his Belarusian counterpart.
During the visit, the Azerbaijani Defense Minister is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with Belarusian military leadership and visit several military units.
