At a meeting held Tuesday, the Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) registered the authorized representatives of independent presidential candidates Abutalib Samadov, Fikrat Yusifov, Yusif Bagirzade, Arzuman Abdulkarimov, Yunus Oguz and Gulamhuseyn Alibayli.
