Azerbaijani taekwondo fighter Mehdi Budagli (48kg) have advanced to the 1/8 finals of the 2025 European Youth Olympic Festival.
Budagli booked his spot by beating his Armenian opponent Sergei Davtyan.
He will face Turkish Altug Gesge in the 1/8 final.
