Azerbaijani FIFA referee Elchin Masiyev will control a match between Scotland and France in the 2023 Under-17 EURO final tournament`s Group C.
Masiyev will be assisted by his fellow countryman Elshad Abdullayev and Greek Konstantinos Psarris.
The match will be played on May 17 at the Nagyerdei Stadium in Debrecen, Hungary.
