President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed to the participants of the international conference themed “Neocolonialism: Violation of Human Rights and Injustice”.
The address was read out by Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev.
