Azerbaijani judokas have added two golds and two bronzes to the country`s medal haul at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) 2023 in Maribor, Slovenia.
Vusala Hajiyeva and Khadija Gadashova bagged golds for Azerbaijan as they triumphed in the women’s 48kg and 52kg events respectively.
Mahammad Musayev and Jasur Ibadli earned bronze medals of the tournament.
The Maribor 2023 European Youth Olympic Festival, to run until July 29, features 11 sport disciplines, including artistic gymnastics, athletics, road cycling, mountain biking, handball, judo, swimming, tennis, volleyball, skateboarding and 3×3 basketball.
