Head of the Azerbaijan’s delegation to NATO Jafar Huseynzade has met with Secretary General of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Ruxandra Popa.
During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation between Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis and NATO Parliamentary Assembly, participation of the Azerbaijani MPs in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Spring Session held in Luxembourg in May as well as in the Annual Session to be held in Denmark this fall.
They also exchanged views on Azerbaijan’s contribution to the energy security of Europe, the country’s role in transit and connectivity between East and West as well as Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process.
