
Azerbaijani Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev met with Georgian Minister of Education, Science and Youth Affairs Givi Mikanadze in Tbilisi.
The discussions focused on further deepening of Georgian-Azerbaijani cooperation in education, science and youth affairs, and the implementation of new joint projects.
The Georgian minister informed his Azerbaijani counterpart about the latest developments in Georgia’s education system. He particularly touched upon the planned reforms in higher education and general education.
The meeting also focused on the issues regarding the timely delivery of textbooks to Georgian-language and Azerbaijani-language schools, fostering the integration of national minorities into the education system, developing partnerships between higher education institutions, and expanding existing successful cooperation with ADA University in new areas.
Emin Amrullayev expressed their full readiness to implement new joint projects in the fields of education, science and youth.
