Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, along with Rovshan Najaf, President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), met on Tuesday with bp’s Executive Vice-President for Production and Operations Gordon Birrell, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan to attend the 30th edition of the Baku Energy Forum.
The meeting focused on enhancing the efficiency of bp’s joint projects in Azerbaijan, with a particular emphasis on the integration of innovative technologies and digital solutions to drive operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
