Azerbaijan’s ADA University and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia have inked a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document was inked by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman.
