5.2 MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKE PARTS OF PAKISTAN

A 5.2 magnitude earthquake jolts capital Islamabad and many other parts of Pakistan on Thursday. Tremors of the earthquake were felt in Peshawar and other cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province besides Rawalpindi in Punjab province & other cities and towns.

The epicenter of the earthquake was in the Hindukush region of Afghanistan and its depth was 198 kilometers. The earthquake created panic among people as they came out of their houses and other buildings in fear. However, no damages have been reported so far.
