The media outlets of Ukraine have widely covered Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev`s speech at the opening ceremony of the 10th Global Baku Forum on “The World Today: Challenges and Hopes” held in Baku on March 9.
The articles, published by “Interfax-Ukraine”, “UNN”, “Dialoq” and other portals, also drew the readers` attention to President Ilham Aliyev`s statements made during his official meetings.
The articles highlighted President Ilham Aliyev’s remarks on Azerbaijan`s beginning to export green energy to Europe, as well as the country’s becoming an important partner for the European Union in terms of energy supply.
The articles also featured the Azerbaijani President’s remarks on Armenia, saying that Armenia lost the chance to become an independent country, becoming totally dependent, kind of a colony of other country.
