Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on February 27-28, said Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
Maria Zakharova noted that the visit marks the first anniversary of the “Declaration on Allied Interaction between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation” signed on February 22, 2022.
The Russian FM will also address a plenary session of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council on the first anniversary of the signing of the Declaration on allied interaction.
