INTER HAMMERS RIVALS AC MILAN 3-0 TO CLINCH ITALIAN SUPER CUP

Inter Milan hammered rivals AC Milan 3-0 to clinch the Italian Super Cup (Supercoppa Italiana) on Wednesday, according to Anadolu Agency.

Italian wingback Federico Dimarco scored the first goal in the 10th minute at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.

Bosnian veteran forward Edin Dzeko netted the second goal for the Nerazzurri in the 21st minute and the first half ended 2-0.

Argentine forward Lautaro Martinez made it 3-0 in the 77th minute.

Inter bagged their seventh Italian Super Cup title with the result.

The Supercoppa Italiana, which started in 1988, is an annual football match played between the winners of the Serie A and the Coppa Italia in the previous season. The most successful club, Juventus, have won the cup nine times.
