Supply vehicles belonging to Russian peacekeeping contingent pass through the peaceful protest area on the Lachin-Khankandi road without hindrance.
Conditions have been created for the twelve supply vehicles and three passenger cars belonging to Russian peacekeepers moving from Khankandi towards Lachin to pass through the protest area.
