“France does not recognize independence of the area called “Nagorno-Karabakh” and this is in line with international law the country is adhered to,” said President of the National Assembly of France Yaël Braun-Pivet as she addressed a joint press conference with her Armenian counterpart while on a visit to the country.
Touching upon the events emerging around Karabakh, Braun-Pivet noted that there is still a path to peace and dialogue, adding that there is no need to refuse dialogue.
