“Negotiations between Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia on the restoration of the transport and communication links, as well as three meetings on delimitation have been held this year. Little progress has been achieved due to Armenia’s non-constructive position,” said Azerbaijani’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference on results of 2022.
Touching upon Armenia’s violation of number of provisions of trilateral statement the minister said: “Information on Armenia’s violation of provisions of the trilateral statement, presence of illegal Armenian armed detachments on Azerbaijani territories, Armenia’s illicit exploitation of Azerbaijan’s natural deposits, passage of the third country’s citizens through Lachin corridor and mine threat is being communicated to international organizations.”
