Citizens of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain will be allowed to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan up to three times a year without a visa.
The new rule, which came into effect on February 15, 2026, will remain valid until February 15, 2027. Under the new regulations, the duration of stay in Azerbaijan for each visit is up to 30 days. Citizens of these countries will require a valid visa for any fourth entry within the same year.
