Samir Poladov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency (ANAMA), met with a delegation of the European External Action Service (EEAS).
During the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the mine problem facing Azerbaijan and the measures being taken to mitigate it.
The sides exchanged views on the European Union’s support for mine action activities in Azerbaijan, new cooperation initiatives, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
The meeting was also attended by Head of the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan, Ambassador Marijana Kujundžić.
