“During the mine-clearing operations in Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankandi, Khojavand, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan districts, 52 anti-personnel, 16 anti-tank mines, as well as 129 unexploded ordnances (UXO) were found and neutralized from June 2 to 9,” Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency said in a statement.
“In total, 889.2 hectares of territory were cleared of mines and UXOs,” the agency added.
