Rovshan Rustamov, Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY), met with Sunniya Durrani-Jamal, Country Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Azerbaijan, to discuss cooperation.
During the meeting, the sides reviewed projects such as digitalization of the Azerbaijani railway system and restoration of the Sumgayit-Yalama railway line implemented with the support of the ADB, and explored opportunities for collaboration in new areas.
The two hailed the fruitful partnership between the two institutions and ADB’s support for the development of Azerbaijan’s railway infrastructure.
