“We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane crash near Aktau, Kazakhstan, involving an Azerbaijani airline on the Baku-Grozni flight,” the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) said in a statement regarding the crash of the plane en route from Baku to Grozny, belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), near the city of Aktau.
“Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families of those who lost their lives, and we send strength to the survivors. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this devastating incident.
We extend our deepest sympathies to the nations of all the countries impacted by this tragic event,” the statement added.
