The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) has announced the release of the Azerbaijani translation of the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) 2025 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods. This updated list, which will take effect on January 1, 2025, is intended to ensure that athletes, coaches, and stakeholders are fully informed and prepared to comply with anti-doping regulations.

Along with the list, AMADA has translated and published a summary of the main changes, explanatory notes, and the 2025 monitoring program. These resources have been made available on AMADA’s official website to provide clear guidance and promote greater awareness among the sports community.

The 2025 Prohibited Substances List is categorized into substances and methods prohibited at all times, substances and methods prohibited in-competition, and substances prohibited in specific sports. This categorization is designed to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for all users.
