Shahin Mustafayev, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister, met on Friday with Yilmaz Tunç, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Türkiye.
During the meeting, both sides hailed the dynamic growth of the strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries across all areas, crediting the joint efforts of Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Shahin Mustafayev highlighted the ongoing reforms in Azerbaijan’s judicial and legal system, focusing on modernizing judicial bodies and courts to meet contemporary and international standards.
The two lauded the partnership between their judicial and legal systems, emphasizing fruitful collaboration in the legal field, both bilaterally and within international organizations.
The meeting also discussed prospects for enhancing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in various fields, including the judicial and legal domains.
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov was also present at the meeting.
