A 3.1 magnitude earthquake hit Azerbaijan’s Khachmaz district on Tuesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
The quake, at the depth of 6 km, was recorded at 15:33 local time
