“The main issue of the territorial affiliation of Karabakh has now been resolved,” said Russian President`s spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
“Given that the main issue of the territorial affiliation of Karabakh has now been resolved, we can say that substantial progress has been made,” Peskov noted. He added that “everything is in place, and with good will it will be possible [for Baku and Yerevan] to enter the home stretch”.
