The mascot for the 2023 ISSF Shooting World Championship to be held in Baku has been revealed.
The chosen mascot of the 53rd World Championship is “Targy” – a symbol created by combining the images of the Olympic emblem, flame, pomegranate, target and shooter. It is based on the English word “target”, which inspires the competitors to “Hit the target!”.
The 2023 ISSF Shooting World Championship in Baku will be held from August 14 to September 1.
